Who is behind Smart Tweaks?
Smart Tweaks was founded by Eddie James.
Eddie has been working on the web since 1994. He holds a BA in Communications and an MA in Interaction Design. He has worked as information architect and user experience professional at Comcast, the Vanguard Group, Kozmo.com (a now defunct dot com), the Maryland Institute College of Art and the University of Baltimore.
